Shipping and Prices

Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Order processing time is approximately 3-5 business days, but during busier periods, this may extend to 10 business days. Delivery times are subject to change due to potential delays if packaging materials are temporarily out of stock. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking code via email.

Estonia: 13€

Sweden, Germany: 22€

Finland: 8,5€

Unclaimed package

Failing to pick up a package is not the same as returning it or cancelling an order. For an unclaimed package, we will charge shipping costs.

Return Policy

All products have a 14-day exchange and return right from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection law. Products must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging when returned. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred by the return.

If a product is damaged during transport, a partial or full monetary refund can be agreed upon. If you wish to return a damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs. If your order is incomplete or you wish to make a return, please contact us first by email: neitikuunvalo@gmail.com

Please note that a live basket is considered a single product. If you wish to return individual products after receiving the live basket, the entire basket must be returned.
