Instructions and Rules for Live Purchases
Sales Lives
Sales lives are mainly organised on TikTok on the profile @neitikuunvalo in Finnish.
Up-to-date live schedules can be found on Neiti Kuunvalo's social media channels.
Age Limit and Purchasing

Only those aged 18 or over can participate in live purchases.

Please only reserve products that you are able to redeem.

Failure to redeem a live cart will result in the loss of live purchase rights.

Participation in live purchases requires a username that displays a name. Sales will not be made to usernames that are, for example, in the form @user...
Redeeming Live Carts
Live carts can be found in the online store under Live Carts. You can access it:

from the Social media purchases button on the homepage, or
-
from the menu Products → Social media purchases.

Live carts are added to the online store immediately after the live session ends.

The cart must be redeemed within 3 days.

Existing customers can ask for a separate payment period.

If the cart is still unredeemed the following morning and the entrepreneur notices it, a reminder may be sent.
Social Media
Participation in live purchases requires you to follow the company's TikTok account @neitikuunvalo.
If your user account is private, please accept the follow request so we can contact you if necessary.
Live Purchase Systems
Two different purchase methods are in use:

code system
The system to be used is always announced at the beginning of the live session. If you join in the middle of the broadcast, the system will become clear quickly.
Number Tag System

On the table there are simultaneously 4–9 numbered tags depending on the number of products.

Products are presented one by one to the camera.

The price of each product is stated before it is placed on a numbered tag.

Once all products have been presented and prices reviewed, "hep" is typed into the comments.

After this, products can be reserved by commenting their number.
Please note:

You can reserve a maximum of two products per round, unless otherwise stated.

If reserving multiple products alternatively, use clear markings such as AND or OR, if necessary.

Products are allocated in the order of comments based on the seller's own view.

Remember that your own comment often appears first to you, but the final reservation order is determined by the seller's view.
Code System
Each product has its own product code, for example, 22AB.

The numerical part indicates the price of the product (€22).

The letter part serves as the product identifier.
The seller states the price before showing the entire code. This way you already know the numerical part of the code, and you only need to type the full code into the comments as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities and Practices

The customer is responsible for monitoring their own purchases and their budget.

The seller does not calculate the total sums of carts during the broadcast.

When paying for a live cart, please check that the delivery address and the total order amount are correct.
Accumulating Carts
A live cart can be left to accumulate for a maximum of one month.
If live sessions are exceptionally infrequent, the entrepreneur may extend the storage period to two months. Any extension will be announced separately.
If you wish to leave the cart to wait for subsequent live sessions, please write in the order's Special Instructions field, for example:

"Leave cart for this month"

"Leave cart to await next live"
You can use the same instruction for online store orders that you wish to combine with future live purchases.
Additional Orders
If you have already paid for shipping costs for a live cart, you can use the code Lisätilaus (Additional Order) in the online store, and no new postage fees will be charged.
Misuse of the code will lead to cancellation of the order.
Other online store products can also be added to the live cart.
Changes
